The BTC strategy I shared earlier already took profit in the previous round. With unusual price action and conflicting signals, $LAB is now at a point where it’s hard to make a call. Looking at the daily chart, the price has been held down by the medium-term moving average, and each rebound has been weaker than the last. The downward shift in momentum is quite clear. Volume hasn’t picked up during the bounces, which suggests there aren’t many buyers chasing the price, while selling pressure is more pronounced.
We trade with the trend. As long as the bearish daily-chart structure remains intact, I’d lean toward looking for the downtrend to continue when the price rebounds toward resistance at the moving averages, rather than trying to call a bottom. The key level is the moving-average band above. If the price can’t break through it, the bears remain in control. Of course, markets can always surprise us. If there’s a breakout on strong volume, I’ll acknowledge it—but we must always stay mindful of risk.
