Following up on the 13:4x review: Trade idea #18, the short position, was stopped out at 3.81 at 12:06. I said at the time that holding above 3.81–3.84 would make this a false breakdown, and that has now played out.
Today's low was 3.690 (10:00). Since then, it has closed higher for several consecutive 1H candles, reaching a high of 4.081—up 10.6% from the low. Current price is 4.06, up 6.3% over 24H, with 100 million U in 24H volume. The 13:00 candle saw 8.4M U in volume, the largest of the day (Binance spot). Perpetual funding is 0.01%, so things aren't overheated yet.
Here's what to watch next:
① A retest that holds at 4.0 would confirm the reversal
② 4.13–4.16 is a dense trading zone from before the 11/2 breakdown—the first key resistance
③ If it falls back below 3.94, this move is short covering, not a new trend
