Honestly, I barely paid any attention to HAEDAL before 4 p.m., but the trading volume over the past hour had me glued to my seat.

That Binance Spot hourly candle saw volume surge from just tens of thousands of dollars during the day to a little over $500,000, while the price climbed from around 0.027 to 0.0315—up nearly 20% in 24 hours. The order book is this thin, and public data puts the market cap at only around $6 million. With a coin this small, even a little buying pressure can send it flying.

I couldn’t find any major announcements today. It seems more like the liquidity narrative in the Sui ecosystem has caught investors’ attention again. There’s also the overhang of the team and advisor monthly unlocks in December, so I’m more concerned with whether volume can hold up than with chasing the price higher.

For now, I’m keeping an eye on two things: whether volume is still there if it pulls back toward 0.029, and whether spot trading volume quickly dries up and returns to its quiet daytime levels.

BTC is around $78,300 now, and the broader market is showing signs of recovery, but small caps like this are usually only weakly correlated with the broader market. Just my personal opinion—manage your own position carefully.

Have you already bought in, or are you waiting to see if volume drops before making a move?
