Okay, $PUMP is getting interesting again.
Current price is around $0.004410, showing a gain of approximately 12.04%. That's a decent move, especially after spending several sessions struggling below a descending trendline. Hmm, But here's what caught my attention: the 1-hour chart is showing a noticeable recovery from the recent lows. Buyers seem to be stepping in, and price is now approaching an important area where the market previously faced selling pressure.
Now, I don't want to call every green candle a breakout. We've all seen how quickly excitement can disappear in crypto. đ
Let's look at the actual chart.
$PUMP recently traded near $0.003908 before recovering toward its current level. The 24-hour high is around $0.004438, which means price is already approaching the upper end of its daily range. One thing I'm watching closely is the descending trendline that has been putting pressure on the price. Breaking above it and holding that area could be an encouraging sign that short-term momentum is shifting.
However, confirmation matters.
The first important resistance I'm watching is $0.004567. If buyers manage to push through this level and establish support above it, the next area of interest comes around $0.004885.
Beyond that, the previous chart resistance near $0.005186 becomes an interesting target.
That's where things could get more exciting.
But let's keep our expectations realistic. A strong 12% move doesn't automatically mean the downtrend is over. Price could still reject the resistance and return to test lower support areas.
For a long setup, I'm interested in how price behaves around the current zone rather than chasing a sudden green candle.
I would rather see buyers defend the breakout area, maintain momentum, and gradually challenge the next resistance.
Interesting part is that the chart is giving us a potential opportunity, but the market still needs to prove that buyers have enough strength to continue.
I'm keeping an eye on $PUMP, but patience is important here. No need to rush into a trade just because the candles are turning green.
My Long Trading Setup: đ˘
Entry: $0.00435 â $0.00442
TP1: $0.004567
TP2: $0.004885
TP3: $0.005186
Stop Loss: $0.00410
This is a potential chart-based setup, not a confirmed breakout. A rejection or loss of nearby support could invalidate the idea, so position sizing matters.
Personally, I want to see $PUMP turn that descending resistance into suport before getting too excited. If buyers manage to do that, the recovery could become much more interesting.
What do you think?
Is $PUMP preparing for another leg upward, or are we just watching a temporary relief bounce?
Let's see what the next few 1-hour candles bring.
The market is volatile, so you have to manage your own risk....đ
