At a valuation of 1.6T.
Even if BG prices the IPO at 1.5T, you'd need a valuation of 1.68T to build a position.
What's more, the website says the IPO price is 1.75T.
So there's not much point in obsessing over the share count.
From a secondary-market investment perspective, 1.6T is worth it.
