Over afternoon tea, let’s start with a set of numbers that are “getting smaller”: U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs have seen net outflows for the third consecutive trading day, but the amount narrowed from about $643 million on October 30 to about $399 million on November 2, and then to about $116 million on November 3.
The market also steadied in the afternoon: BTC’s intraday low was about $75,736 and its high about $78,164, with the price returning to the $77,000–$78,000 range in the afternoon; ETH was around $2,298 and held up relatively better. The Fear & Greed Index was 34, up from 26 previously. It remains in fear territory, but sentiment has rebounded from its lows.
My take: Outflows are narrowing day by day, while prices are holding within a range. That suggests selling pressure is easing, but there’s still no evidence of a reversal. Don’t take “outflows are smaller” to mean “prices are about to rise.” Investing involves risk; only invest what you can afford.
Choose one: Which signal matters more to you tonight, A) ETF outflows continue to narrow, or B) BTC first holds above $78,000?
