From October 21 to 30 (UTC), if you reached VIP1 to VIP9 at any point, the system will preserve the highest level you attained during that period. From November 3 to December 2 (UTC), for about 30 days, your level won’t drop—you don’t need to do anything; you’ll be enrolled automatically. After the protection period, the usual evaluation rules apply again.
