Binance update (Nov 3): It says that about 95% of the $6.3B incident has been replenished. Withdrawals have been reopened for 51 more tokens on Ethereum and Solana (including LINK, SHIB, ONDO, BONK, and TRUMP). It says hourly deposits began to exceed withdrawals around Nov 3 at 03:00 UTC. A new proof of reserves is planned for Nov 4.
