Preliminary results from the U.S. midterm elections are in, with NBC and others projecting that Democrats will take the House. On election night, $BTC briefly fell to around $75,700, then recovered to above $77,000. $ETH also returned to around $2,280. With the House changing hands, there’s basically no time left for the CLARITY Act to pass in this Congress. Don’t count on regulatory tailwinds to lift prices in the short term—the pressure comes from uncertainty, not the coins themselves. The make-or-break level is $76,000; if it breaks below that, consider this rally over for now.
