The expected funding includes approximately $164 million from Churchill XI’s trust account, $201 million from a private investment in public equity (PIPE) led by Foxconn, and $100 million in Agility equity already received.
The transaction is expected to close on November 4, 2026. Following the merger, the company will operate under the name Agility Robotics, Inc.; its common stock and warrants are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on November 5 under the symbols AGLT and AGLTW, respectively.
