The letter was sent on October 30, and the SEC replied on November 3—four days in all—saying that Canton’s $CC is a “digital commodity” and that it would not recommend enforcement action over its issuance. At this rate, is the regulator really easing up? $UNI just got similar good news last week, and now here’s another one.
