Strategy’s numbers this week are interesting: $65.5 million spent on Bitcoin, and $208 million on preferred stock buybacks 🤔

📊 From 8-K filings (10/26–11/1):
• Bought 811 $BTC at an average price of $80,846, bringing total holdings to 849,327 BTC at an average cost of $75,451
• Raised $164 million by selling MSTR stock, but only $65.5 million went toward Bitcoin; $98.5 million was kept as cash
• Bought back $208 million of STRC preferred stock (more than 3 times the amount spent on Bitcoin), reducing available cash from $242 million to $13.27 million

👉 My take: $BTC , at about $77,800, is now below its average purchase price of $80,846, but still slightly above its overall cost basis of $75,451, leaving a cushion of only about 3%. Saylor’s focus is shifting from “buying Bitcoin like crazy” to “stabilizing the capital structure and defending STRC’s $100 par value.”

⚠️ Key level: The $75,451 cost basis is a psychological level the market is watching; a break below it could amplify anxiety. The Fear & Greed Index is currently at 26 (Fear).

What do you think: Can Strategy hold the cost basis, or will it be forced to stop buying? Let’s discuss in the comments 👇
