Miners make $31 million by turning to AI; BTC infrastructure is shifting

BTC miners are no longer just waiting for prices to rise. Cipher, a Bitcoin mining company, has pivoted to AI infrastructure and recorded $31 million in profit, showing that mining power is shifting toward computing-power rentals. The spot market is less optimistic: ETH is currently at $2,293.64 and SOL at $93.61. Neither has reclaimed its previous high, and funds are clearly moving from holding coins alone toward narrative-driven sectors.

My view is that this trend won’t stay confined to spot markets for long. The combination of miners and AI is the next destination for capital. Old Ma’s puppy is following the same logic. In the short term, watch whether BTC can drive another rise in the mining sector.

Tonight, the key question is whether BTC can return to trading around 77,000. Whether it breaks out of this range will determine whether the mining sector can keep going.
