#quant 1'm bullish on $QNT Tuesday, 8 p.m., Tokyo. Quant ($QNT) is No. 6 on CMC’s 1-hour board. As an interoperability asset with an ISO 20022 tag, it’s worth checking out on tonight’s chart. ■ Numbers Current price: $197.22 (about ¥31,140 at ¥157.90 per dollar). CMC rank: No. 36. 1 hour: +1.28%, 4 hours: +2.42%, 24 hours: -1.66%, 7 days: -3.64%. 24-hour trading volume: about $62.77 million (+47.7% from the previous day). Market cap: about $2.38 billion (about ¥376 billion); FDV: about $2.93 billion. The volume-to-market-cap ratio is 0.026. Volume is expanding, while the price is near the midpoint of its 24-hour range (about 48%). ■ Levels 24-hour range: $190.32–$204.82; 7-day range: $176.27–$207.54. The reference point from 4 hours ago is $192.57. The current price is above it. OKX funding rate: 0.00%; OI: about $317,000; premium: 0.00%. ■ Catalysts On September 24, 2026, The Clearing House announced that it had selected Quant as a technology partner for its On-Chain Money Initiative (official announcements from TCH and Quant). Its role is to provide interoperability, orchestration, and transaction management for tokenized deposits, including connectivity to RTP and CHIPS. A rollout for participating institutions is expected in the first half of 2027. Founder and CEO Gilbert Verdian is named in the official announcement. Reports dated November 2 note that banks have not yet disclosed whether QNT will be required for fees, so demand for the token remains uncertain. ■ Outlook and invalidation conditions Since the price has reclaimed its reference point on the 4-hour chart, accompanied by volume, I see room for short-term upside. I’ll withdraw this view if the 1-hour candle closes below the 24-hour low of $190.32. The upside target is the 24-hour high of $204.82. Risks: institutional partnership news may not translate into real token demand; sharp moves in thin futures order books. ■ Settlement Week, from Tokyo In response to this week’s question, “How will trade in the Arctic be paid for?”, I see QNT as a candidate for interoperability on the bank-settlement rail side. Swift’s ISO 20022 coexistence period ended on November 22, 2025, and it is now the standard for cross-border instructions. Japan Contents Blockchain Initiative has joined the x402 Foundation as an associate member, so Japan is also participating in the development of standards for agent payments. Arctic Trade Lanes is updating its map connecting Arctic sea-route cargo with payments, and the ATL token is coming soon. No promises about price or yield. I’ll keep tracking developments with UnicornsMap UM-Radar. $QNT $XRP $IOTA #NorthernRoutes #UMRadar #ISO20022 @alexdolbun
