🟠 Tether is already sitting on 150,000 BTC, worth about $11.5 billion according to CoinDesk!

📍 CEO Paolo Ardoino revealed at the Plan ₿ Forum in Switzerland that Tether holds around 150,000 BTC. The company also reported strong third-quarter profits, billions of dollars in excess reserves, and continued earnings from U.S. Treasury yields.

🔍 My take:
1️⃣ The market is hovering around $77,000, and ETFs have just seen consecutive outflows ($399 million on Monday), while the stablecoin giant is converting profits into BTC. That’s the opposite of what “smart money” and ETF flows are doing.
2️⃣ It could be a source of long-term buying pressure, but it’s not a short-term catalyst—don’t treat it as a signal to buy the dip.
3️⃣ Risk factor: Market confidence is weak following the Binance hack. The Fear & Greed Index is currently at 26 (Fear).

📊 Key levels: If $76,000 doesn’t hold, watch the $75,000 area; sentiment won’t clearly recover until BTC gets above $80,000.

👉 Do you think Tether’s “money-printing machine buys coins” model is a long-term source of support for BTC, or a new centralization risk? Let’s discuss in the comments 👇
