BTC is fluctuating around $77,000, while the Fear & Greed Index remains at 26, in the “Fear” zone. CoinDesk noted that Bitcoin could be heading for a fifth consecutive weekly decline, tying the third-longest losing streak on record.

The pressure comes from several factors: roughly $399 million in net outflows from spot ETFs over two consecutive days, security concerns following the Binance incident, and the U.S. midterm elections. Coin Bureau’s view is that markets have often fallen first and then rebounded after elections, as uncertainty clears.

My take: $78,500 is resistance, while around $76,000 is a level to watch on the downside. When sentiment is extremely pessimistic, it’s often not a good time to chase rallies or sell in a panic.
