🚨 $ZEC Bounces Back Toward $1,200 After a Sharp Fall — Is the NU7 Upgrade Next?

Zcash was today's biggest loser among the major coins. It fell about 8% and broke below its $1,201 support, dipping to a low of $1,120 today (3 Nov), before buyers stepped back in. Right now, at 9:19 PM PKT, $ZEC is trading near $1,196, still down about 2.9% in 24 hours, while $BTC sits near $77,558.

What is Zcash? In simple words, it is a privacy coin — it lets users hide transaction details like sender, receiver and amount, using special cryptography, while still running on a public blockchain.

Why are traders watching it now? Zcash's NU7 network upgrade arrives on 6 November, and it cuts transaction settlement time from 75 seconds to 25 seconds — a real speed upgrade for the network.

Levels traders are watching: support at $1,100, then $1,001 if that breaks. Resistance at $1,201 — the level it just lost — then $1,319. A daily close back above $1,201 would show buyers are back in control; a close below $1,100 could open the way toward $1,001.

A sharp fall and a fast bounce like this is normal in a nervous market — it is not a signal to buy or sell.

Do you think ZEC reclaims $1,201 before the NU7 upgrade on 6 November, or slips back toward $1,100?
