Day 6 after the Binance hack, and two new developments today:

First, withdrawals continue to reopen. The second batch resumed at noon, and withdrawals are now available for another 56 tokens on Ethereum and Solana.
Second, the preliminary investigation report came out tonight: the latest information from the FBI points to North Korea, and the entire attack chain has been made public—fake job offers tricked employees into installing malware on their computers, then the attackers used internal AI tools as a stepping stone, and finally abused EIP-7702 authorization to transfer funds.
Funds are also flowing back in: third-party data shows net inflows of about $1.6 billion over the past 24 hours, suggesting the withdrawal rush has eased (these are third-party figures, not official numbers).
Next, keep an eye on three things: when the remaining roughly 2% will be replenished, when withdrawals will be fully reopened, and the complete proof of reserves following the new snapshot on November 4.
It’s day 6. Everything that needed to be made public has been, and reserves have been replenished to 98%. Trust in Binance’s reliability!
