Whenever I come across this kind of news, there’s always someone in the comments getting excited. I’d rather take things slowly.
I just came across another one: Pan Gongsheng, Governor of the People’s Bank of China, met with Ahmed Al Musalami, Governor of the Central Bank of Oman. It’s quite common for a stock to surge and then pull back on the day good news comes out, so don’t get excited just based on the headlines.
