Take a look at this ETF flow chart, everyone—the signals really aren’t looking good! Crypto ETFs saw total net outflows of $541 million in a single day. Bitcoin ETFs accounted for nearly $400 million in outflows, Ethereum ETFs followed with $139.7 million, and HYPE ETFs also saw a small amount of money flow out. Only SOL was flat for now, with no change in flows.

There have been sustained large outflows over the past week and month. Only the quarterly timeframe is still showing net inflows, which suggests institutional funds have been steadily taking profits and exiting recently. Given the broader election climate, with the Democrats taking both chambers of Congress and regulatory expectations tightening, it also makes sense that institutions are choosing to lock in gains and play it safe. We were waiting for signs of money flowing back in, but these figures tell us plainly: buyers haven’t returned, and selling pressure is still there.

Don’t rush to call the bottom or buy the dip. It’s very difficult for Bitcoin to stage a strong rebound while ETF funds continue to flow out. For the market to recover, we first need to see ETF flows turn from red to green and the persistent outflows stop. That would be the sign that money is coming back in. Until then, let’s stay cautious and watch from the sidelines rather than going long blindly!

The market won’t start improving until after the midterm elections! For the next move, just come straight to the Krusty Krab and find Boss Yu to get positioned!
