The second batch of withdrawals really opened up at noon—it wasn’t just an announcement.
According to Binance’s sixth update on the resumption, withdrawals would start reopening gradually from 12:00 Beijing time, one by one based on the progress of security checks—not all at once.
The networks covered include BSC, Ethereum, Solana, XRP Ledger, Sui, Arbitrum, Optimism, Tron, and Base. The queue order was determined by user withdrawal demand over the past week.
The list for BSC is the longest, including USD1, FDUSD, BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, DOGE, LINK, and SHIB. Ethereum includes RLUSD, USDE, and ENA, while Solana includes PUMP, JUP, and BONK. For the specific coin you hold, don’t just check the list—go to the withdrawal page and see whether withdrawals for your coin and network are enabled.
It’s also worth looking at how much has flowed out: according to DefiLlama, net outflows were $6.1 billion on Sunday, slowing to $2.57 billion on Monday. People are still leaving, but the biggest wave of panic is already behind us.
One more reminder: Binance also warned today that some people are impersonating customer service amid the reopening, pushing scams like “paid acceleration,” “compensation eligibility,” and the “Binance vault.” The official advice is to check the withdrawal page yourself. No one will DM you to speed things up—treat any such message as a scam.
My take is simple: reopening withdrawals is good news, but don’t rush to withdraw everything just because you can. Queues and delays are normal during this situation; only proceed when the withdrawal page says your withdrawal is available.
Have you managed to withdraw today? Any delays?
