The current market has not actually bottomed out yet. If the Democrats sweep both chambers in this midterm election, mainstream and storage stocks could see another fairly sharp drop.
Because the Democrats favor strict regulation and antitrust measures, they directly hinder the expansion of AI and data centers. On top of that, their tax policies directly discourage stock buybacks, putting valuations under pressure. The Democrats are currently ahead, and there is a strong likelihood they will sweep both chambers.
So don't think about buying the dip in U.S. stocks in the short term, or you could end up losing everything. The overall trend is still bearish.
