$NEAR : Open interest is rising while the price is falling. Over the past 24 hours, open interest is up 13.7%, the price is down 10.18%, and total open interest is about $185 million.
My approach: when open interest rises and the price falls, I don’t chase the short or rush to buy the dip. I wait until open interest stops rising and the price stabilizes before taking another look.
