Uniswap's on-chain governance uses the Governor Bravo contract, originally developed by Compound.
Governance tokens don't necessarily come with dividend rights: many governance tokens don't directly distribute protocol revenue. It depends on the protocol's own rules.
$UNI is Uniswap's governance token, and holders can vote on protocol proposals. Its current price is 6.965.
