As withdrawals resume, a new wave of scams has begun
People are contacting users, saying things like “I can speed up your withdrawal,” “I can sell you a place in the queue,” or “Transfer your funds to a Binance vault.” All of this is a lie.
Binance has officially confirmed that it never does any of these things:
• It never contacts you first about your account or funds
• It never sells or gives away a place in the queue
• It never charges fees to open a network or release an asset
• It never asks you to connect your wallet or transfer your funds to a vault or any address
• It never asks for your password, 2FA code, or recovery phrase
• It does not offer paid “asset recovery services”
• There is no $150 compensation or any rewards campaign related to the crisis
Scams during crises are nothing new, but this time they’re more organized.
Scammers don’t just want your money—they want your trust, too. Binance has been clear: no fees, no selling queue spots, and no fake vaults. Any offer of this kind is 100% a scam.
Check your withdrawal only in the official Binance app, and don’t connect your wallet to any external link.
👈🏻Don’t pay, don’t sign, don’t transfer.
Protecting your money starts with awareness.
