Dear users,
Following the successful resumption of withdrawals for some networks and assets in Phase 1 on November 1, 2026, Binance will gradually reopen withdrawals for the following assets starting at 12:00 on November 3, 2026 (UTC+8).
Not all of the following assets will have withdrawals reopened at the same time. As in Phase 1, withdrawals for the relevant assets will be gradually restored in batches after all security checks are completed and they are confirmed ready to reopen. Deposits are operating normally.
Assets Scheduled for Withdrawal Reopening

We will prioritize restoring assets based on user demand over the past week. After completing rigorous security checks, we will carefully resume withdrawals for each network and asset combination. Other assets will be added gradually once they are ready to reopen.
Please visit the withdrawal page for the relevant asset and network, or check our network status page to confirm whether the withdrawal service is available. During the gradual restoration, high network traffic may cause temporary delays or longer processing times for some users. If your withdrawal is unsuccessful, please try again later. We will also share the latest updates through Binance’s official X account.
We will continue to gradually restore withdrawal services, strengthen security measures, and keep you updated as our work progresses.
Our commitment remains unchanged: user funds are safe, and Binance will cover the full amount of funds stolen in this security incident.
Thank you for your support of Binance!
