#verify1to1binancereserves
Checking balances on the blockchain is a good start, but it isn’t definitive proof of financial health.
Binance’s proof of reserves shows that the assets are there at a specific point in time. The problem is what it doesn’t show. It reveals neither hidden liabilities, nor borrowings, nor long-term financial risks.
A simple snapshot of reserves is no substitute for a full independent audit. Transparency is essential, but future solvency requires a much deeper analysis.
Would you feel safe on an exchange platform if you relied solely on proof of reserves?
