Binance has just resumed withdrawals, and the scammers are already on the job. The official list of things it “will never” do.

Binance resumed withdrawals in stages on November 1, and the very next day, November 2, it issued a security reminder—the scammers are moving much faster than withdrawals are arriving.
Here’s the official list of things Binance says it will never do:
It will never contact you out of the blue to ask about your account or funds;
It will never sell withdrawal priority or charge an “expediting fee”;
It will never ask you to connect a wallet, sign an authorization, or transfer funds to “unlock” a withdrawal;
It will never ask you to transfer your assets to any “vault,” “secure account,” or “custodial wallet”;
It will never ask for your password, 2FA verification code, or seed phrase;
It will never direct you to unofficial websites to check its Proof of Reserves (PoR).
Scammers are taking advantage of the traffic congestion and anxiety caused by waiting during the initial period after withdrawals resume. Binance’s own announcement says that some withdrawals may be temporarily delayed at first. That “delay window” is when scammers get to work.
Just remember this: anyone who contacts you out of the blue and claims they can help you “get your money faster” is 100% a scammer. Your money is in your Binance account; you don’t need any third party to “unlock” it.
