🚨 Lesson 45: Beware the “Liquidity Trap” at Support Levels!
You buy at a strong support zone, and suddenly the price drops, hits your Stop Loss, then rockets back up without you! Has this happened to you? 🤔
What happened behind the scenes?
You didn’t get your analysis wrong—you fell into the whales’ “Liquidity Hunt” trap.
Whales know that most traders place their stop losses just below support, so they sell aggressively to deliberately break through it. Their goal:
1️⃣ Hit your stop loss and buy your assets at the cheapest price.
2️⃣ Liquidate speculators to provide the whale with massive liquidity before the price rises.
💡 How can you survive?
Don’t rush to buy; wait for a clear reversal candle.
Wait for the false breakout and for the price to close back above support.
Place your stop loss somewhere away from obvious levels.
