DOGECOIN RECORDS ITS FIRST DEATH CROSS OF 2026 AS WHALES REDUCE THEIR HOLDINGS.

Dogecoin is facing a challenging technical outlook.

On October 28, the first death cross of the year was confirmed, as the 50-day moving average fell below the 200-day moving average. This signal reflects a weakening medium-term trend.

This is compounded by a shift in the behavior of large holders.

- According to Santiment data, addresses holding between 10 and 100 million DOGE have reduced their holdings by approximately 120 million tokens since Thursday, equivalent to about $8.8 million.

Over the same period, smaller wallets accumulated around 100 million DOGE. The difference leaves a balance of 20 million tokens that these groups did not absorb.

The price also fell below support at $0.075 again, reaching around $0.0737. The next key levels are at $0.0731 and $0.0721, while the $0.068 zone appears to be a more significant support level.

For now, DOGE remains below its main moving averages and needs to reclaim $0.079 to begin showing technical improvement.
