Short-term sentiment turbulence has not changed the underlying fundamentals of $UNI . The selling pressure caused by the Binance security incident looks more like a liquidity shock than a deterioration in Uniswap protocol revenue.

The fundamentals still have four sources of support: Robinhood Chain continues to contribute over 40% of protocol revenue; the TJAR fee-conversion framework has been implemented, clarifying how revenue is distributed; activating the fee switch enables buybacks and burns, linking trading growth to expectations of deflation; and institutional investment in tokenized stocks and on-chain RWAs will further cement Uniswap’s position as a foundational liquidity gateway.

At a price of around $7.14 and a market cap of approximately $4.45 billion, short-term trading is driven by fear. But revenue, burns, and institutional adoption are the medium-term price anchors. If on-chain market share and fee realization continue, this pullback could instead offer a chance to reassess UNI’s risk-reward profile.
