Everyone, I want to open a large long position at $ETH .

Take profit: 2303.50

Stop loss: 2224.88 👇

You may be wondering the obvious question: why am I going long here?

First, let’s look at the price level. The 20-day range is 2172.85 to 2526.99, and the current price of 2257.09 is at the 23.8th percentile.
It’s down 3.30% over the past seven days.

I think this move is punishing positioning, not the underlying industry fundamentals.

My approach is to take the bulls’ side at this percentile, because this drop has already shaken out most of the short-term positions, and the previous low is just below.

The average daily volatility is 3.77%. Both my take-profit and stop-loss are within that range—that’s the first rule of this setup.

The take-profit is +2.06% from the current price; the stop-loss is -1.43%.

The risk-reward ratio for this trade is 1.44.

Honestly, the bottom of the range is like a step downstairs: if you miss one, there’s another one below.

Once it holds, the whole staircase leads up. I care more about price levels and positioning. The pot is only so big—whoever’s closest gets served first.

When liquidity ebbs, percentiles are more useful than stories.

What do you think of this percentile? Let’s talk in the comments.

I’ve also added $BTC and $LITE to my watchlist; we need to keep an eye on the price action across the same time window.
