Strength of the Day Master

After ten years of studying Qimen and Bazi, people often ask me:
“Teacher, am I strong or weak?”

You don’t need to memorize technical terms right away. For starters, here are 5 everyday signs to look for 👇

1️⃣ Pace of work
If you can keep going through back-to-back tasks and recover quickly, you probably have a bit more inner strength.
If you tire easily and need more rest, focus on getting yourself back to a stable place first.

2️⃣ How you feel about spending
If you’re comfortable spending money when it comes in and don’t panic, you likely have a reasonable capacity to take on financial responsibilities.
If you feel anxious as soon as you get money and fear running out, build a stable foundation before thinking about increasing your income.

3️⃣ How you react to challenges
If you can still think clearly about your next step when pressure hits, you have some capacity to spare.
If you get flustered as soon as things get busy or can’t sleep at night, lighten your load before taking on more.

4️⃣ Relationships
If people around you are willing to help, and you’re able to help others too, your energy is likely flowing relatively smoothly.
If you often feel powerless or like no one listens when you speak, focus on restoring your energy first.

5️⃣ Physical well-being
If your sleep and appetite are fairly stable, your Day Master is often not deficient.
If you’ve felt depleted and listless for a long time, don’t force yourself to push through.

Which of these sound most like you? Leave the number(s) in the comments~
