🚨 Binance Begins Gradually Resuming Withdrawals 🚨

Binance announced on November 1, 2026, that withdrawals were beginning to be gradually restored following security checks and service readiness assessments.

The first phase covers 15 networks, including BTC, Ethereum, BSC, Tron, Solana, XRP, Dogecoin, TON, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, and Sui.

Binance stated that:

- withdrawal services are being reopened gradually so each network can be monitored for stability and security;

- users may experience processing delays due to high traffic volumes;

- user balances remain safe;

- the financial impact of affected assets will be borne by Binance, not passed on to users;

- recovery efforts and the investigation are ongoing.

⚠️ Avoid including figures such as “US$6.3 billion,” “US$4.65 billion withdrawn in 9.5 hours,” or claims about North Korean agents and laptops unless they have been confirmed in an official announcement. The narrative that “users are rushing to flee” is also better framed as a figure of speech, rather than a factual conclusion about the behavior of all users.
