Tokenized securities platform tZERO plans to go public through a merger with special purpose acquisition company FG Imperii Acquisition Corp. (FGII), in a deal that values tZERO at $350 million. According to Odaily, the combined company could receive up to $231 million from the SPAC trust account, depending on shareholder redemptions and related expenses.

The combined company plans to list on the NYSE American in early 2027 under the ticker TZRO. The transaction is also expected to close in early 2027, subject to shareholder and regulatory approval, and tZERO CEO Alan Konevsky is expected to remain in his role.
