Guys, Binance isn’t done making moves yet.
At 4 p.m. today, its official X account posted an update: five more fiat currencies have been added for withdrawals—US dollars, UAE dirhams, Vietnamese dong, Philippine pesos, and Indonesian rupiah.
Add those to the 20-plus already supported, and the exit routes keep getting wider.
The timing is interesting. Yesterday, withdrawals of crypto on 15 chains were restored; today, they’ve expanded fiat withdrawals. Two moves in 48 hours.
My take, in one sentence: they’re continuing to rebuild trust—it doesn’t mean the whole thing is behind us.
There’s still no sign of a timeline for the second batch of crypto withdrawals, and the zero-knowledge proof for the proof of reserves is still expected around November 3. Don’t mistake today’s announcement for either of those things being resolved.
The official announcement didn’t mention fees or limits either. The page says to check through official channels, so don’t trust those supposed express links being forwarded in group chats.
Scammers have been jumping on anything related to withdrawals lately. Only use links inside the official app, and don’t click ones sent by strangers.
How are fiat deposits and withdrawals going where you are? Let me know in the comments—I want to see if I’m the only one having trouble.
Just my personal opinion; this is not investment advice.
