2️⃣ Top Binance news:
Withdrawals resumed across 15 networks (BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, XRP...) from 6 a.m. GMT yesterday
Binance covered 95% of the $6.3 billion using its own funds: $6.34 billion. User funds are 100% safe
Net withdrawals were $3.64 billion (2.1% of assets), and things have now stabilized
The FBI confirmed: North Korea's TraderTraitor group was behind the attack
