Objectively speaking, 1.3 for $EVAA has been long-awaited in the comments. It finally broke through just now. At levels like this, I usually don't focus on whether it breaks through momentarily, but on whether it can hold above the level at the close—I've seen too many false breakouts where it pushes through and then falls back.
