The initial wave of panic caused by an incident on a platform is gradually easing, but the market has not yet truly shifted into an uptrend. BTC is currently trading around $78,400, ETH has recovered to around $2,290, while SOL is at just $94.86. All three coins are recovering, but the differences in their strength are becoming increasingly clear.

This week, the market will face a series of major events, including the U.S. midterm elections, October jobs data, and interest rate decisions from several central banks. The U.S. Dollar Index (DXY) remains around 101.94. As long as the U.S. dollar does not weaken significantly, the potential for risk assets to recover will remain limited.

1. Bitcoin: Keep Watching the $80,000 Level

BTC is still heading toward the $80,000 level. Only if the price can reclaim and hold steadily above this mark will Bitcoin have a chance to continue higher and test the $82,000 level.

Conversely, if BTC repeatedly fails to break above $80,000, the current recovery should still be viewed only as a technical bounce within a weak trend, with insufficient evidence to confirm a bullish reversal.

2. Ethereum: Facing Resistance at $2,300

ETH is approaching the $2,300 resistance zone. If it successfully breaks through this area, the next target could be $2,350.

However, if it fails to break out, ETH could turn lower and follow BTC's weakening price action.

3. Solana: The Weakest Coin in the Group

SOL is showing the least strength. Even as BTC and ETH recover, SOL continues to move mostly sideways around $95, indicating that buying pressure remains weak.

Key price levels to watch:

  • Near-term support: $93.

  • Next support: $90.

  • Near-term resistance: $98.

  • Strong resistance: $100.

If SOL loses the $93 level, short-term downward pressure could continue to increase.

4. Trading Strategy for the Week

My current view is that the market could see a recovery this week, but this is not yet the right time to FOMO or chase prices at higher levels.

Before key macroeconomic data and events are released, investors should continue to manage position sizes and avoid excessive leverage.

Especially with SOL, until the price can reclaim and hold steadily above $100, don't rush to interpret short-term bounces as a trend reversal signal.

Conclusion: This week, macroeconomic factors will play a decisive role in determining the market's direction. A recovery is still possible, but caution should remain the top priority. Don't confuse a technical bounce with the beginning of a new uptrend.
