Binance Proof of Reserves page, checked at around 11:00 on Nov. 2 (UTC+8): the audit snapshot was still dated 00:00 on Oct. 31 (UTC), corresponding to Bitcoin block height 973895.

The reserve ratios for major coins shown on the page are all above 100%—about 100.04% for $BTC , 101.30% for $BNB , and 106.08% for USDC. $ETH , USDT, SOL, XRP, and others are also marked as fully covered. User net balances and on-chain balances are listed side by side for easy comparison. The verification method is listed as zk-SNARKs; the Merkle tree root hash is still marked “In progress,” indicating that the full zero-knowledge proof is still being calculated, not that the page is malfunctioning.

The company previously said that ZKP calculations would begin after the new snapshot was completed on Oct. 31, and that it aimed to post the updated report on the PoR website between Nov. 2 and 3 (UTC). For now, the ratios are publicly available, while the root hash is still being generated. This is a step in the ongoing transparency process, not a sign that the final report is complete. Withdrawals on the first 15 networks were enabled earlier; other networks and assets are still being made available in phases after security checks. Please refer to the app and network status page for the latest availability. The commitment to fund security remains unchanged; statements such as the company bearing losses and replenishing about 95% of funds remain subject to previous official updates. To check for yourself, go directly to the PoR page and review the audit snapshot and each coin’s ratio—don’t rely only on screenshots shared by others.
