Binance said that on November 1, users withdrew a total of $4.65 billion from the exchange, while deposits totaled $1.01 billion. That means net outflows reached $3.64 billion after the exchange reopened withdrawals.
That figure sounds huge, but compared with Binance's total assets of $171 billion, it accounts for only about 2.1%.
Binance also said it had recovered about 95% of the assets affected by the recent $6.3 billion hack.
