A post I just saw: Analysis: Bitcoin cycle bottoms in the past have all occurred shortly after US midterm elections; late this year to early next year may be the bottoming window.
The news is fairly neutral, so I won’t change my plan because of it. Whenever this kind of news comes up, someone around me always gets carried away. I’d rather wait and see.
