BINANCE CASH FLOW CHART ON 1/11: WITHDRAWAL PEAK PASSES QUICKLY, DEPOSITS KEEP COMING IN

The 30-minute deposit / withdrawal / net withdrawal chart for 1/11 clearly shows the pattern on the first day Binance reopened withdrawals.

Withdrawals surged right at the start of the session: $262 million at 06:00 UTC, $515 million at 07:30 UTC, then peaking at $733 million at 08:00 UTC. After that, withdrawals gradually fell to around $100–200 million per 30-minute interval toward the end of the session, totaling $4.649 billion.

Deposits moved in the opposite direction: just $11–23 million per interval at first, then jumping to $119 million at 08:00 UTC and peaking at $187 million at 08:30 UTC, for a total of $1.010 billion. Net withdrawals for the session came to -$3.638 billion, or about $3.64 billion—equivalent to 2.1% of the $171 billion in total assets reported in the 10/28 PoR.

What to watch next: Binance says outflows stabilized after the initial peak and deposit volumes remain high, but this covers only the first 9.5 hours of Phase 1 across 15 networks—not the entire system. The latest PoR snapshot, taken at 07:00 on 10/31 Vietnam time, is being processed with zero-knowledge proofs. The updated report is expected to be posted on the PoR page on 11/2, while no specific date has been set for the next phase.

What do you think: was the $733 million withdrawal peak in 30 minutes a temporary reaction after several days of waiting, or a sign that confidence has not fully recovered?
