Binance withdrawals have resumed in phases: all 15 networks and assets in the first batch are now available. From 14:00 to 23:30, it processed $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits, for net outflows of approximately $3.64 billion—about 2.1% of its $171 billion in AUM. A new PoR snapshot has been completed and ZKP calculations have begun. The report is expected tomorrow, while the remaining networks are still being tested. My take: transparent data is more convincing than verbal reassurance; what matters now is the follow-up report and the pace at which the remaining networks resume service.
