The fallout from Binance restoring withdrawals is still making the rounds. Withdrawals gradually reopened yesterday. The official line was that about 95% of the funds had been replenished from Binance’s own reserves, and all 15 networks in the first batch were back online. CZ said that roughly 12 hours after withdrawals resumed, net outflows were only 2.1%, and 98% of users hadn’t left. The hackers haven’t been idle: about 487,000 stolen SOL were converted into BTC via Relay, while someone dumped PROM into a nearly empty, shallow Uniswap pool—about 900,000 tokens, reportedly worth around $5 million, but it yielded only a few dozen dollars’ worth of ETH. The whole thing became a running joke across the internet. Sources include @cz_binance @binancezh @lookonchain @Cointelegraph @whale_alert.

The buzz is still centered on $BTC and $SOL , tied to the withdrawal rush and hacker activity. BNB Chain gaming token $ESPORTS briefly surged on heavy volume, while investigation posts on the timeline are scrutinizing holdings, OI, and possible unlock concerns. There have also been large transfers involving XRP since withdrawals resumed. ANSEM, SPX, and Sui are generating discussion mostly on the news front. AIN is among the more speculative names, and some are watching for short-term short opportunities around the roughly 100-million-plus BTW unlock on today’s calendar—this is all social buzz, not a recommendation. Someone also mentioned that a new OKX Flash Earn round is expected to open around 11/3.
