On Oct 29 at 20:52 UTC one of the hacker's wallets, 0x8d53903625b8e839b9df4bd28b0efb1cd6b8639a, received 190M USDT. Within 9 minutes it put 60M into Aave, borrowed 19,762 ETH against it, and at 21:01:59 sent the other 130M on.
Tether's freeze of that wallet executed at 21:02:47, 48 seconds later, with no USDT left in it.
Of the 130M, 100M was sold on DEXes for 34,583 ETH, about $78M at the time, as USDT was trading at a deep discount there. 30M was caught 17 minutes later, four wallets down the line, and is still frozen.
The Aave loan is still open. At 23:42 UTC on Nov 1: $59.95M of USDT collateral against $44.94M of ETH debt, health factor 1.041. If ETH rises about 4%, it can be liquidated.
