RLUSD scale grew 49.7% in the third quarter to $1.01 billion, accounting for 98.1% of the chain's total stablecoin liquidity and becoming the absolute dominant player in the XRP Ledger stablecoin ecosystem. During the same period, the chain's total stablecoin supply surpassed the $1 billion mark for the first time, reaching $1.03 billion, up 25.2% quarter over quarter. Stablecoin transfer volume surged 39.5% to $14.09 billion, with transfer growth clearly outpacing supply growth. According to the quarterly report released by Blockworks Research on October 30, this is the first time XRP Ledger stablecoin supply has exceeded $1 billion.
