Around 1 o’clock, I said we’d see if it could break above 7.813w before daybreak. It didn’t—the high was 7.808w before it turned back down. The momentum just wasn’t there.

Around 2 o’clock, a single candle brought it back to 7.79w. It hovered there for almost an hour, then just slid another bit. It’s now at 7.782w, right on the level I mentioned at 1.

My bullish call around midnight didn’t pan out. It tested 7.81w twice and couldn’t break through; the sell orders overhead were thicker than I expected.

I’m neither bullish nor bearish right now—just waiting. If 7.78w holds, the pattern of higher lows from the past couple of days is still intact, and we can wait for another test of 7.81w. If it breaks below, 7.74w is where yesterday afternoon’s rally started, so it’ll probably go back and test that level.

If you really want to get in, wait until the 7.74w–7.75w area holds before making a move. Don’t buy in here at 7.78w. #BTC $BTC
