Guys, I genuinely believe Binance deserves respect for how it handled this crisis....
A $6.3 BILLION security breach could have become one of the biggest disasters in crypto history.
But Binance didn't hide or run away from responsibility. Instead, it faced the situation and kept the community updated.
For almost two days @CZ stayed active, answered people's questions, and shared updates.
Just think about what happened with FTX. We know how quickly trust can disappear and how badly users can suffer.
Binance committed to covering the stolen funds, allocated over $6.34 BILLION, and reported that around $3 BILLION in stolen assets had been frozen.
That's a huge commitment, and it shows responsibility.
Of course, security failures should always be taken seriously. But we should also appreciate the efforts made to protect users.
