Over the past 24 hours, our teams have worked tirelessly to respond to a serious security incident involving unauthorized withdrawals of funds. At approximately 20:05 (UTC) on 29/10/2026, our hot wallets were compromised, resulting in the loss of token assets worth approximately US$6.3 billion.

We recognize the severity of this incident and the concern it has caused within our community. Addressing it is our top priority. We are working tirelessly to investigate the security incident, upgrade our systems and infrastructure, and prevent and recover the lost funds. In this update, we would like to clearly outline what has been done over the past 24 hours and the next steps.
